Hulcher Services Inc. is seeking an Assistant Division Manager Trainee to advance into operations leadership. This full-time role requires a Class A CDL, heavy equipment experience, and a willingness to travel up to 75% while directing field crews and managing safety and operations.

You will work with Division leadership to meet schedules, coordinate equipment, and develop future leaders through training and hands-on supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum one year of heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 emergency response environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Help ensure equipment and facilities remain operational and ready for deployment.
• Partner with Division leadership to meet customer schedules and operational objectives.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Division Manager, you'll work directly with Division leadership while learning every aspect of field operations and crew management.

• Learn budgeting, planning, scheduling, and overall division management responsibilities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum one year of heavy equipment operating experience preferred
• Previous leadership, crew lead, military, or supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 emergency response environment
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays when responding to emergency operations
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
