Job Description

Assistant District Attorney to handle prosecution of criminal offenses (felonies and misdemeanors) handling of juvenile cases (deprived and delinquent) and other duties as assigned. Successful candidate will be assigned to a specific paralegal. Remodeled office allows for fully furnished private offices for all attorneys with closely located support staff. The District Court coordinates three (3) specialty courts including Drug, Mental Health, and Family Treatment.


Beautiful area with lakes and wildlife. Ponca City is within 15 minutes of newly remodeled courthouse. Small town living with many amenities close by. Stillwater is a 40-minute drive from Ponca City and Tulsa and Oklahoma City are 90 minutes away.


Minimum Requirements

Prior prosecution experience is preferred but not required. Juris Doctorate from accredited law school. Admitted and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association.
