Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Camden County Program. The role includes recruiting, training, and supervising staff, plus monitoring performance and reporting metrics to the Program Director.

The successful candidate will manage intakes, staff coordination, and service hours while ensuring compliance with agency standards and cultural competence. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of related youth services experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Preference for strength-based, trauma-informed, family-centered knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and supervise staff.
• Monitor program performance and provide updates to the Program Director.
• Ensure quality service delivery and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate participant intakes, staffing, and service hours.
• Maintain organization, manage priorities, and problem-solve.
