A community-based service organization in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Program Director by overseeing hiring and training new employees, motivating staff, and managing participant services. Qualifications
At least one year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets.
Experience with at risk youth, probation, court liaison, etc. is a plus.
Solid understanding of employee training and supervision.
Responsibilities
Support the Program Director with hiring and training new employees.
Motivate and provide supervision of staff.
Manage delivery of participant service hours.
Skills
Knowledge of child welfare systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft 365
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking)
