Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's with required experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction for a comprehensive residential program that promotes student learning, retention, and academic success.
• Oversee community programming and development in residential spaces ensuring strategic alignment with academic calendar and goals.
• Lead development and evaluation of residential curriculum and co-curricular initiatives.
• Establish policies guiding residential operations including health/safety and emergency response.
• Lead housing policies, procedures, and health/safety inspections.
• Collaborate with internal units to ensure safe, secure, and well-maintained facilities.
