Job summary

The role involves oversight of compliance with Title VI and case management for Title IX Hearings. You will collaborate closely with the Office for Community Support and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to university policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of experience in civil rights compliance, a J.D., and supervisory experience. This role offers benefits including generous paid time off and health insurance starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of professional experience in civil rights compliance, investigations, or related work.
• At least three years of experience in higher education or related advising roles.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the University’s compliance with Title VI.
• Support Title IX Hearings and related Panels.
• Prepare materials for Hearing Panels and Annual Reports.
