Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field with 5 years of experience.
• Clear, effective communications skills.
• Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong confidentiality practices and cultural competency.
• Ability to respond to diverse populations with sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Survivor Services team by implementing operating plans, goals, and measurements.
• Oversee staff; supervise, train, and develop program staff.
• Monitor program performance and submit timely reports.
• Coordinate with agency programs and maintain partnerships.
• Maintain client records, schedules, and mileage documentation.
• Support crisis line rotations and community education initiatives.
