The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social work or related fields, along with significant on-the-ground experience in social services for children and families. This is a rewarding role that directly impacts the lives of Indiana's most vulnerable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a directly-related human service field.
• 2+ years of experience in social service for children or families.
• Valid driver's license with insurance and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide multiple home-based services and resource connections to at-risk families.
• Advocate for and provide support to referral families.
• Maintain relationships with social workers and agencies.

Conocimientos

Experience in social service for children or families

Knowledge of community resources programs

Ability to handle various situations during visitations

Educación

Bachelor's degree in social work or related field

High School Diploma with five years of experience
