Ball State University is seeking an Assistant Director of Student Success to design and oversee programs supporting student achievement and career readiness for the College of Sciences and Humanities. The role manages the CSH Success Hub operations, student interactions, and collaborative initiatives across campus.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, plus several years of experience in education or nonprofit settings, with strong data analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by date of hire in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in education/nonprofit or related field.
• Experience planning events for diverse populations including students and families.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with and supports students at programs and events.
• Assists in planning, implementing, and evaluating student success programs.
• Coordinates recruitment and orientation activities and events.
• Manages communications and content for the CSH Success Hub.
• Represents the college on committees as needed.
