Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of higher education experience related to student involvement, student activities, and student organizations.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supervising multiple student employees simultaneously.
• Experience with Campus Groups or similar management platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and train more than 200 registered student organizations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee major campus events, including Homecoming and student involvement fairs; coordinate with campus departments.
• Manage programming budgets, financial records, and co-sponsorship funds.
• Evaluate programs through data-driven assessments and reporting aligned with the University’s Strategic Plan.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate three to four student assistants.
