Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, psychology, communication, public relations, or related area.
• Minimum three years of experience in career development, counseling, higher education, or related fields.
• Knowledge of career development theories and career counseling skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with departments and student groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and delivery of high-impact workshops and digital resources for the end-to-end job search process.
• Oversee experiential learning opportunities and student engagement initiatives.
• Manage partner relationships with faculty, Employer Engagement staff, and academic departments.
• Represent Career Services at recruitment events and student organization activities.
