Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, special education, or related field.
• Experience working with and educating individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program & policy compliance by following UL LIFE, University, and Think College policies.
• Assist in accreditation efforts by developing or providing required documentation.
• Follow Graduation Checklist with graduating cohort and respond to critical situations, reporting concerns to the Director.
• Oversee and supervise graduate assistants and student workers, including those supporting Employment.
• Recruit and support peer mentors; coordinate career development content and advising meetings.
• Assist students with resumes, cover letters, Employment Goal Plans, and ILAs.
• Collect data to guide internship and job placement decisions and monitor student progress.
• Develop and review Internship Assessments and Job Evaluations with students and collaborate with coordinators.
