Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in finance and/or student services in a higher education setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Daily Operations of the GSEP Student Accounts Department, including supervising the coordinators.
• Maintain student accounts data (tuition, fees, credits) and manage payment plans.
• Audit accounts, process payments and refunds, and handle late fees and withdrawals as needed.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid, Admissions, and Program Offices on calendars, due dates, and fees each term.
• Support and supervise the Student Accounts Team in processing third-party reimbursements and client billing.
• Represent the department in meetings and oversee regression testing and system updates in PeopleSoft.
