Alignment Health is seeking a Vice President, Payment Integrity to lead the enterprise strategy, program leadership, and governance for payment integrity across prepay and postpay domains. You will drive the multi-year roadmap, establish the operating model, and oversee performance, with a focus on savings, compliance, and provider experience.

This senior role requires extensive healthcare Payment Integrity leadership and strong cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare Payment Integrity or related function
• Direct leadership of multiple complex programs with enterprise impact
• Experience in setting strategy, operating models, governance and investment priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and execute the multi-year Payment Integrity strategy and capability roadmap.
• Own delivery of the approved financial plan and validated savings commitments.
• Establish enterprise Payment Integrity operating model, governance, and control framework.
• Lead vendor portfolio, sourcing strategy, evaluation and contract decisions.
• Provide executive oversight of prepay and postpay capabilities including COB and subrogation.
• Define data, measurement and analytics strategy for savings attribution and performance transparency.
