Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead Payment Integrity strategy and roadmap, guiding Product Owners across Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and Claims with external vendors to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive end-to-end readiness for claims editing and payment integrity workflows, align priorities with enterprise goals, and balance regulatory requirements with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the Payment Integrity product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes and delivery.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate opportunities into capabilities and executable work.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure integrations, performance, and roadmaps align with needs.
• Drive end-to-end readiness across claims editing and payment integrity workflows, including testing and post-production support.
• Use financial, quality and operational measures to evaluate outcomes and guide actions.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, presenting clear options for decision.
