Job summary

The Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy seeks an Assistant Director of Post-Baccalaureate Programs to lead advising for the Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Health program and support Mathematics Post-Baccalaureate students. You will manage day-to-day operations and collaborate on program strategy.

Responsibilities include advising, orientation, registration, and coordination with Graduate Admissions, faculty, and health-profession teams to promote retention and success for post-baccalaureate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in academic advising, pre-health advising, or student services in higher education.
• Experience managing leaves, withdrawals, and academic standing.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of health professions school admissions and Slate experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Health students from matriculation through applications.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations for both programs and events.
• Develop program strategy with the Assistant Dean and curriculum development.
• Support admissions, recruitment, and marketing activities.
• Track program outcomes and collaborate on alumni engagement.
