Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Assistant Director Integrity Policy & Implementation to lead reimbursement policy, coding disputes, and Payment Integrity initiatives within a mission-driven organization. You will guide strategy, budgeting, and change management while coordinating with legal, compliance, and clinical leadership.

As a people leader, you will mentor teams, manage vendor relations, and drive continuous improvement across policy development, trend management, and implementation

Qualifications

• Masters in public health, business administration, public administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of seven years of management or professional business experience in a managed health care system or related health care delivery setting

Responsibilities

• Lead reimbursement policy and coding disputes initiatives with cross‑functional leadership
• Provide vision and leadership to budgets, policies, workflows, and change management
• Oversee the Reimbursement Policy Committee across enterprise stakeholders
• Direct innovation teams and coding disputes resolution for affordability initiatives
• Leverage knowledge of health plan operations and industry trends for strategic roadmaps
