The Assistant Director of Student Employment provides leadershipand oversight for Chatham University's internal student employmentprogram, managing institutional and Federal Work-Study studentemployment opportunities across the university. This positionoversees the administration, budget management, compliance, andstrategic coordination of student employment, ensuring effectivestewardship of institutional resources while supporting studentaccess, retention, and professional development.
A central focus of this role is the management and oversight of student employment budgets, including allocation, forecasting, reconciliation, and analysis of wage expenditures acrossdepartments. The Assistant Director partners with human resources and other campus offices to ensure student employment resources are managed effectively and aligned with institutional priorities.
$60,000 - $65,000 annually. 40-hour work week.
