This position independently coordinates student-athlete academic success initiatives, analyzes academic performance and eligibility data, develops and implements intervention strategies, evaluates program effectiveness, and provides professional advising and consultation to student-athletes and campus partners. The coordinator exercises independent judgment in identifying student needs, recommending solutions, and supporting compliance with NCAA, conference, and university requirements.
Work Environment: Work is primarily performed in a standard office and classroom environment with use of computer and phone, occasionally performed in sports facilities. Work performed during standard business hours as well as frequent nights and weekends. Limited travel required.
