The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. seeks a Program Coordinator in Stockton, California. This role provides essential support to the Assistant Director by ensuring compliance with grant requirements and overseeing staff involved in afterschool programs.

Primary Purpose:
The Program Coordinator provides support to the Assistant Director with the program operations and monitoring and ensuring compliance with the program grant requirements.
This is a renewable eleven (11) month position funded by a grant.

Requires extended periods of standing, walking and sitting. Repetitive hand/wrist motion while using computer keyboard and phone. Occasional climbing stairs, bending, stooping and reaching. Constant verbal and written communication. Occasional lifting up to twenty‑five (25) pounds.
Work is primarily performed in a standard office environment. Work performed during standard business hours and may include weekends to meet business needs. Light travel as needed to different site locations.
Valid driver's license required. Incumbent must also be able to meet the University's fleet rules and be eligible to drive for University business. The University's insurance carrier reserves the right to exclude applicants based on their driving record.
$21–$26 per hour; We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
