Job summary

Hilton Richmond Center is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to support the DOSM or DOS with daily leadership of the sales and catering team. You will help implement sales strategies, manage marketing and event coordination, and drive monthly revenue targets.

The role requires 5+ years in hotel sales, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Competitive benefits and an active downtown setting offered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hotel sales experience.
  • Experience in similar size/quality hotel preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist DOSM/DOS with day-to-day operation of sales team to achieve revenues.
