Spokane Falls Care, part of Caldera Care, is seeking an ADON/IP RN supervisor in Spokane, WA. The role reports to the DON and focuses on infection control, staff development, and ensuring quality resident care.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires with pay ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 DOE, plus a full benefits package and opportunities for leadership growth.

Formación

• Current Washington RN license in good standing.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Under the supervision of the DON, assume responsibility for assigned core programs.
• Monitor, track, and prevent infections as part of infection control.
• Lead staff development and education initiatives.
• Make rounds to ensure nursing staff follow duties and redirect as needed.
• Maintain organized, clean, and stocked nursing stations.
• Assist in resident-specific care plan development and implementation.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the DON.

What you will do:

• Under the supervision of the DON, you'll assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
• Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention
• Primary staff development/educator
• Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
• Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriately
• Participate in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
• Any other tasks as directed by the DON

Must have:

• Current Washington RN license without any enforcement action against it
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting preferred
