Job summary

North Auburn Health in Auburn, WA is seeking an ADON to join North Auburn Care, a Caldera Care facility, with a salary range of $110,000–$120,000 DOE. The role reports to the DON and focuses on nursing leadership, staff development, and ensuring quality resident care.

Requirements include an active Washington RN license without enforcement actions and at least one year of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting. We offer a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities.

• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the DON, you'll assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs
• Primary staff development/educator
• Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary
• Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriately
• Participate in development and implementation of resident specific care plans
• Any other tasks as directed by the DON
