Four Seasons Living Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the nursing staff and coordinate resident care. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to develop care plans in collaboration with physicians and therapists.

The ADON will oversee patient care quality, staff performance, and compliance with HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines while fostering a supportive work environment for an aging

Qualificações

• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience as DON or ADON preferred.
• Willingness to work with behavior management residents and elderly care.
• Knowledge of MDS/Care Plans and regulatory compliance is required.

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) for this role

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee aspects of the nursing department, including staff management and patient care

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff

• Ensure adherence to resident rights and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Strong Leadership and Supervisory Skills

• Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice with previous DON or ADON experience.

• Rehabilitation Focus, Wound Care Experience, Knowledge of Medicare A & B, Willing To Work With Behavior Management Residents

• Enjoy working with the Elderly, MDS/Care Plans, Willing to work 2 Weeks a Month, Previous CNA/CMT instructor certification and have excellent regulatory compliance record and commitments to TQM (Total Quality Management)

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
  Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations, including HIPAA compliance
