Job summary

CareCore at Gaymont in Norwalk, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the clinical leadership team at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The ADON will assist the DON with daily nursing operations, staff development, and performance management.

Candidates must have an Ohio RN license, prior leadership in long-term care, and strong knowledge of LTC regulations and surveys; PointClickCare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in Ohio.
• Prior leadership experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LTC regulations and survey processes.

Responsibilities
