What You'll Do:

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to set and achieve clinical program objectives aligned with our mission. Your leadership will enhance our care standards, resident well-being, and facility culture.

The Assistant Director of Nursing manages daily clinical operations, including compliance, care coordination, and ensuring patient and family satisfaction. In the absence of the Director of Nursing, you will assume all responsibilities of the Director role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance
• Lead, mentor, and motivate nursing staff and healthcare professionals
• Support development and implementation of care plans and protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care
• Serve as operational liaison between nursing units and management
• Ensure delivery of exceptional resident care
• Participate in quality assurance and regulatory compliance
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care
