What You'll Do:
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to set and achieve clinical program objectives aligned with our mission. Your leadership will enhance our care standards, resident well-being, and facility culture.
The Assistant Director of Nursing manages daily clinical operations, including compliance, care coordination, and ensuring patient and family satisfaction. In the absence of the Director of Nursing, you will assume all responsibilities of the Director role.
