What You’ll Do:
Provide clinical and administrative leadership to nursing staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered care
Support staff education, coaching, and performance development
Assist in regulatory compliance, survey prep, and continuous quality improvement
Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation within budget
Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and professional growth
What You’ll Bring:
CT RN license, CPR certified
Bachelor's in nursing (preferred)
3+ years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in long-term care and management
Working knowledge of OBRA and state/federal regulations
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
