Meadow Brook Rehab and Nursing in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing and oversee clinical systems, staffing, and patient care in a skilled nursing facility.

The role emphasizes leadership, team building, and regulatory compliance, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, program development, and documentation. Ideal candidate holds an RN or LPN license with LTC experience and a commitment to geriatric care.

Formación

• Minimum associate degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum one year of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Minimum two years' skilled nursing facility nursing experience required.
• Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Genuine love & concern for the geriatric population.
• MDS experience.

Responsabilidades
