Job summary
Autumn Care of Nash in Nashville, NC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day nursing services in a SNF setting. You will partner with the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain high-quality resident care and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
Requires an unencumbered RN license in NC (or LPN where allowed) and at least two years of supervisory healthcare experience, plus
Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work (NC) or an LPN license if permitted.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in healthcare facilities.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing with planning, organizing, developing and directing day-to-day nursing services.
- Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
