Job summary

Autumn Care of Nash is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the daily functions of the SNF Nursing Service Department. You will help ensure high-quality resident care in alignment with federal, state, and local standards.

The role requires an RN license and at least two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care, plus basic computer skills for EHR navigation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state you work in (or an LPN license if allowed).
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care.
• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, managing and directing day-to-day nursing service operations.
• Collaborate with Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high quality resident care and compliance with regulations.
