Job summary

Autumn Care of Nash in Nashville, NC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day nursing services in a skilled nursing facility.

You will work with the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain high-quality resident care, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor a dedicated caregiving team. RN licensure in NC and prior supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in NC.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility.
• Ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing and directing daily nursing services in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
