Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for Autumn Care of Nash in Nashville, NC to support the Director of Nursing, oversee daily nursing operations, and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.

The role requires an RN license in good standing, at least two years in a supervisory role in a care facility, and comfort with electronic health records; leadership growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are offered in a collaborative team

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare setting, preferably in long-term care.
Must have basic computer skills and be able to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing day-to-day nursing services.
Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high-quality resident care.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, policies, and procedures.
Mentor and support nursing staff to maintain a compassionate, patient-centered culture.
