Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing services and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise staffing, support regulatory compliance, and collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a licensed nurse with strong leadership, geriatrics experience, and proficiency in care planning, documentation, and infection control. This is a full-time on-site leadership role within a supportive organization.

Qualifications

Licensed nurse in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
Strong leadership and management experience in geriatric or long-term care.
Familiarity with nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

Support floor staffing needs and cover staffing when required.
Oversee resident care including MDS, care planning, and Infection Control programs.
Hire, train, evaluate, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget.
Review and maintain up-to-date resident records and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and teams to develop individualized care plans.
Ensure access to equipment and supplies for care delivery.
Lead infection control efforts and monitor compliance.
