Altercare in Canton, OH is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON - RN to plan, organize and deliver nursing care in accordance with current state and federal regulations. This RN will bring leadership to the unit and support a dynamic team.

The ADON will oversee staffing, foster patient-centered care, and promote quality improvement. Eligible candidates hold Ohio RN licensure and SNF experience; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401K and professional development.
