Job summary

Corona Post Acute is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to assist the Director of Nursing in coordinating and supervising the Nursing Department to maintain the highest quality of care for residents. This role requires RN licensure in California, a nursing degree, and supervisory experience within a Skilled Nursing setting.

The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to regulations, and guiding clinical staff to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience providing direct care to multiple residents preferred; previous experience in Skilled Nursing environment required; previous supervisory experience required.

• Reviews facility change of condition reports daily and coordinates nursing services and care plans.
• Reviews resident medical records to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Ensures corrective action on audits and consultant reports.
