You will assist the Director of Nursing, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality resident care. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing
• Previous SNF or long-term care leadership experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and develop nursing staff
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with planning, organization, and direction of nursing services

In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, supporting staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring the highest quality of resident care.
