Job summary

Complete Care at Holiday City is seeking an Association? Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to lead the clinical team and foster a culture of compassion, collaboration, and excellence.

The role focuses on mentoring staff, driving quality outcomes, and delivering outstanding resident care within a warm, supportive environment. As the ADON, you will ensure compliance with CMS/NJDOH regulations, oversee care planning and MDS processes, and champion infection prevention and continuous quality

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or post-acute setting preferred.
• Prior experience managing staff is required.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS,NJDOH).
• Ensure nursing personnel comply with standards and regulatory requirements for high-quality care.
• Understanding of MDS process, care planning and survey readiness.
• Infection prevention and control knowledge.

• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, Monday-Friday, including one weekend per month of on-call rotation

Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree

• Experience in staff education, orientation, and competency evaluations

• Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff

• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
