Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN to lead quality resident care and regulatory compliance. This leadership role emphasizes staff support, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

The ADON will oversee staffing, MDS and care planning, infection control, and performance improvement programs while ensuring accurate documentation and collaborative care planning with physicians and teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support floor staffing by stepping in when needed.
• Oversee resident care, MDS, care planning, PI, and infection control programs.
• Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget.
• Review and maintain up-to-date resident records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design care plans.
• Ensure access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources.
• Conduct assessments and implement infection control measures.

We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN to join our team! This leadership role plays a vital part in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. Success in this position requires dependability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to multitask and collaborate in a dynamic environment.

In This Role, You Will

• Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when needed
• Oversee Resident Care: Contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs
• Manage Nursing Staff: Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs
• Ensure Accurate Documentation: Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records
• Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans
• Support Staff Resources: Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources
• Uphold Infection Control: Conduct assessments and implement effective infection control measures
