Base pay range

$40.75/hr - $43.00/hr

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Assist in managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the community.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure continuity and quality of resident services.
• Assist in staff training and development, and implement programs to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Establish a climate conducive to continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications

• Current Kansas RN license.
• Current adult CPR certification.
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably as an Assistant DON or RN Unit Manager in geriatrics.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid preferred.
• Long-term care management experience with excellent clinical evaluation skills.
• Minimum of 2 years as an RN; one year in long-term care preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal LTC regulations.
