We're seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our nursing team! As the heartbeat of our skilled nursing facility, you will work with the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care throughout the facility. Join us in creating a home away from home for those who need it most.

Posted Salary Range

USD $36.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.

Duties & Responsibilities

The ADON provides direct management for floor nurses and nursing managers and additionally will:

  • Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families.
  • Create and maintain strong employee relationships among staff.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing in attracting, hiring, and retaining top-performing, talented team members, as well as supervising and coaching existing team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Licensed LPN in good standing with the state required.
  • 3+ years of nursing experience required; 1+ years of long-term care experience preferred.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Dedication and commitment to leading our healthcare team.
  • Ability to maintain positive employee relationships.
  • Reliable transportation required.
