What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Supporting oversight of daily clinical operations in a skilled nursing environment
• Assisting with survey preparation and regulatory compliance (AHCA/CMS)
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and clinical accountability
• Monitoring quality measures, audits, and risk management
• Coaching and developing Unit Managers and floor nurses
