Aston Group in Florida is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support daily operations and lead our clinical team in delivering high-quality resident care.

You will partner with the Director of Nursing to ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and participate in accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting.
• Strong knowledge of OBRA, Joint Commission, and state regulations.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades
