Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Join ClearView Healthcare Management as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a long-term care setting, including training and leading clinical staff.

ADON Duties:

• Meet the nursing medical needs of all residents
• Coordinate infection control
• Educate staff
• Assist with compliance and effective communication among nursing staff
• Be on call 24 hours
• Plan and coordinate nursing services
• Maintain knowledge of nursing theory and practice
• Ensure timely and accurate medical records
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new nursing staff
• Oversee daily staffing
• Maintain flexibility to address unpredictable needs

ADON Requirements:

• Current TN RN license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care
• Management experience is preferred
• Staff education experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic leadership and supervision skills
• Flexible hours
