Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Assistant Director of Nursing to help oversee our senior care services. This role involves supervising the nursing department, coordinating care, ensuring quality of interventions and outcomes, and managing the financial aspects of clinical services. The position requires interaction across all departments within the facility and leadership skills to motivate, educate, and mentor licensed and certified staff.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN/LPN) in the practicing state
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
• Current CPR certification
• Preferably, at least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related healthcare facility
