North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, Florida, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead and mentor our nursing staff, develop programs to improve patient outcomes, and promote a caring, high-quality environment.

The ADON will oversee scheduling, policy development, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sub-acute medical care and 24-hour skilled nursing services.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years prior experience in a Nursing Home
