Job summary

Aston Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Florida to partner with the Director of Nursing in guiding the nursing team and delivering high‑quality, compassionate care for our residents.

You will oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives across departments, including QA, infection control, and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Health Administration preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of OBRA, Joint Commission requirements, and state regulations.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Minimum 2 years of skilled nursing experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities
