Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Lakeland, FL. This full-time role supports clinical operations and staff leadership in a community-based skilled care setting.

You will supervise nursing teams, ensure compliance, mentor staff and participate in rounds. A Florida RN license and long-term care experience are required; competitive benefits accompany this leadership position.

Qualifications

Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations.
• Step in as Acting Director of Nursing when needed.
• Cultivate a safe, supportive, and high-performing workplace focused on quality care.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead weekly wound care rounds and maintain readiness for facility surveys.
