Salary Range: $81,120 to $89,440

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in directing nursing units—including policy development, organizational planning, and supervising the delivery of care
Develop and sustain robust infection prevention and control programs
Collaborate with departments on occupational health and safety matters
Ensure timely reporting of notifiable diseases and public health engagement
Support and help manage the nursing team while actively participating in patient care functions
Represent the department in committee meetings and public relations activities
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
Active RN license in the state of employment
Minimum two years of floor nursing experience, with at least one year in geriatric nursing
Management experience is preferred
CPR certification is required
Gerontology Nurse certification is a plus
