Job summary

Garden Park Care Center in Cincinnati, OH seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This Monday–Friday role includes on-call rotation and a focus on supporting staff and maintaining high clinical standards for residents and employees.

The ADON will assist the DON, lead nursing staff, help with staffing and performance, and ensure compliance with regulations while driving quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio nursing license in good standing.
• RN preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• PCC experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
