Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, including daily rounding, coaching, and mentoring
Conduct regular assessments of resident care and make recommendations for improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, families, and residents to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN)
